Our family loves giving gifts that are both thoughtful and personal. I have a simple and inexpensive recipe for no bake cinnamon ornaments that makes this a thoughtful, fun, and fragrant gift. The holidays are already stressful, but this project is all fun! This is a much more enjoyable experience than shopping.

I have the bad habit of pinning a lot of recipes and projects that aren’t really practical. They’re just pretty. No bake cinnamon ornaments are easy, kid friendly & fun!

The holidays are all about family for us. My Mema never waited for special occasions to bake. Cinnamon ornaments were a way for her to give a gift that was handmade with the same kind of love that she baked into her cookies. It’s the same kind of love that has me revisiting her recipes all these years later. I love sharing my traditions with my children. I also hope that someday, they’ll do the same with their kids.

Save your money because there are plenty of things around the house kids want to play with. You know every parent has some version of the same story. Their kid asks for an expensive gift. Someone buys the expensive gift. Kid is more interested in the twisty-ties holding it in the box.

While my husband was away on business, he sent a fun gift. While our son enjoyed the pricey toy, our daughter was amused with the packing paper. They both got the same amount of fun, but not for the same price.

You might have an entire room or two devoted to toys in your home, but that won’t prevent kids from complaining they are bored.

Our family has two children; 6 year old boy and 9 month old girl. They may not have much in ┬ácommon, but they often enjoy playing together. When I paid closer attention, I noticed they had a mutual enjoyment for stuff that wasn’t toys.

Save your money because there are plenty of things around the house kids want to play with.
